The Right Fiscal Conservative
*My opponents have been skillful at spending money and wasting time on issues that are not critical to their constituents. I pledge to change that as your senator.
*As the right fiscal conservative for this district, I plan to exercise constraint in government spending to help balance the budget with the goal of reducing the state's staggering deficit.
*Our priorities need to change in Columbus. We need to include every citizen, no matter the income, to enjoy the benefits of tax cuts and other opportunities. More of your money should remain in your pocket. And, quickly repeal the CAT tax.
*Welfare programs should be determined by those who are actively seeking employment, not simply people who want to rely on "the system."
*We need to run a comprehensive review on all state spending and only invest in what is proven to be both effective and necessary. Privatizing some state services is not out of the question.
